Relora is used for stress relief and weight control. It consist of a natural blend of extracts from Magnolia officinalis and Phellodendron amurense.
It was devloped to be used as an ingredient in dietary supplements and foods that could be used for stress management and also stress releated appetite control.
Relora is good for stress managment and it is also non sedative. Relora binds to several important targets onvovled in stress in the CNS. It does not bind to the benzodiazepine recptors which cause sedation. It normalizes hormone levels associated with stress-induced weight gain and eating behavior. Stress has been shown to play a significant role in a variety of conditions. A large percentage of overweight adults have excessive abdominal fat due to stress-related over eating. Relora appears to maintain healthy hormone levels in stressed individuals and act as an aid in controlling weight and stress-related eating.
In clinical studies it has shown to be effective, act rapidly and safe. Relora lowers cortisol levles, the hormone which is released during stress. Elevated Cortisol levels cause various other health problems including a compromised immune system, high blood pressure, depression, insomnia, loss of vitality and weight gain*.

I recently started using Relora.
I am wondering if it acts as a vasodilator or supports the immune system by stimulating the production of T-cells.
I have a condition known as Ocular Hystoplasmosis Syndrome. The symptoms of visual disturbance were dormant for over a year, but have reactivated since I began using Relora. However, Relora is not the only change I have made, so it may be due to other things.
Nevertheless, I am trying to find out more about the effects of Relora, so I can determine whether or not it is safe for me to take.
Any supplement which acts as a vasodilator (increases circulation- blood thinner) or promotes T-cell production are a problem for me.
Any help would be appreciated.
